Deleting your account

How to request deletion

In the app:

1. Open SportNaad and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and personal data are removed within 30 days.

By email: write to privacy@sportnaad.comfrom the address on your account, and we'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel any subscription you may have bought through the Google Play Store — cancel that separately in your Play Store account settings.

What is deleted

• Your account and login (email address)
• Your display name
• Your followed teams, players, and sports
• Your commentary persona and language preferences
• Your notification settings and push notification token
• Your listening history and app-activity data

What is kept, and for how long

• Anonymised, aggregated data that can no longer identify you — kept indefinitely for analytics.
• Records we're legally required to retain — for example, financial records kept up to 6 years under UK law. These are deleted once the retention period ends.
