SportNaad Ltd ("SportNaad", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the SportNaad app or website, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

SportNaad Ltd is the controller of your personal data for the purposes of UK GDPR and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. We are registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17336981), with our registered office at 124-128 City Road, London, England EC1V 2NX.

We collect the minimum data needed to run the app and personalise your experience.

We process your personal data on the following lawful bases:

• Deliver live commentary and highlights personalised to your preferences
• Send match notifications and service updates (you can turn these off in Settings)
• Understand which features are used, so we can improve the product
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks for their own purposes.

We share data with a limited number of processors who act strictly on our instructions:

Each processor is contractually bound to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.

We may also disclose data where legally required — for example, in response to a valid court order or lawful request from a UK authority.

If SportNaad is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganisation, or sale of some or all of its assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any resulting change in how your data is handled.

Our app or website may contain links to third-party sites or services that we don't operate — for example, sports data sources or social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with any data.

Your data is stored on servers operated by our cloud providers, which may be located in the UK, EU, or elsewhere. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain records for tax or legal purposes (typically up to 6 years for financial records, in line with UK requirements). Anonymised, aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained indefinitely.

If you have a concern about how we've handled your data, please contact us first at privacy@sportnaad.com, so we can try to resolve it directly. We aim to acknowledge complaints within a reasonable time and respond without undue delay.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's supervisory authority: the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) — ico.org.uk.

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. With your consent, we may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner on your first visit, or clear them in your browser at any time.

The mobile app does not use cookies; it uses a local device identifier for equivalent purposes, such as remembering your preferences.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, and access controls limiting who within SportNaad can access production systems.

No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the ICO without undue delay, along with the steps we’re taking to address it.

SportNaad is not directed at children under 13, and our Premium subscription requires an account holder to be 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

If you sign up to our waitlist or opt in to marketing emails, we will only send you communications you've explicitly agreed to receive. Every marketing email includes a clear way to unsubscribe. We do not send marketing emails to individuals who haven't opted in, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll update this page, move the effective date forward, and notify you in the app or by email before the changes take effect.
